Personal Training on BizReef
By Thom | January 13, 2008
Well I finally bit the bullet and decided to offer my personal training services online. I have been pretty hesitant before because I had never found a site that I could advertise in that I felt comfortable with, nor could I find an interface that I liked.
And then I found BizReef….
BizReef is essentially a freelance outsourcing outpost where people can sign up and call people on the phone to receive advice on a wide variety of topics. I like it because it’s is extremely easy to use and is very straightforward. You prepay, you ask to call me, I accept, we talk, I send you the work out and, bam, you are on your way to a better you!
At the same time, I’ve been reading “The 4 Hour Workweek” by Timothy Ferriss recently, he’s a major outsourcer of his life and an excellent inspiration on what you can do with the internet. I love his idea of mini-retirement as he works hard and takes a month or two off. Simply amazing! I personally don’t think I could go as far as he did, but maybe I could let a little of my work slide into someone else’s hands for a while, but I do feel as if I already have mini-retirements each summer and during my school breaks.
